The game
Queen of Chess is free to play. That covers La Reina's School from the very first move to your first full game (Units 1 to 5), games against the machine at every level, games against a friend on one device, La Reina's warnings, hints and post-game reviews, and the archive of your games. It needs no account and shows no ads.
Some later units of the course are marked as part of the full course, which is not on sale yet. Before anything is sold, these terms and our Refund Policy will say exactly what it is, what it costs and how to get your money back.
What you may not do
- Resell, relicense, or redistribute the game
- Reverse-engineer the game to bypass paid features
- Attack, overload, or probe the servers
- Use the game to break the law
What we own
The game, its code, artwork, sound, characters, La Reina included, and the Queen of Chess name belong to DanCueDigital LLC. The rules of chess themselves belong to everyone, as they should.
Availability
We run this ourselves and we intend to keep it up, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and lessons or modes may be added or removed. If we ever shut the game down for good, we'll say so on this site with as much notice as we can manage.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be error-free, that La Reina's advice is always the best move, or that it will suit any particular purpose. Some places don't allow disclaimers like that; where that's true, this one applies only as far as the law permits.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DanCueDigital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to what you actually paid us - which, today, is nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Orange County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
